About the Modelhouse
The Modelhouse Scouts was founded by experienced model managers with decades of expertise in international scouting, talent development and model management. After years of working with leading agencies across Europe, they saw an opportunity for something different: a dedicated scouting platform focused solely on discovering the next generation of exceptional talent.
In an ever-evolving industry, agencies are always searching for new faces, fresh perspectives and people who haven’t been seen before. That’s where we come in. We discover talent before the industry does. We scout across Europe for our group of established model agencies, connecting each talent with the agency where they have the greatest opportunity to grow and succeed. By working across multiple agencies and markets, we can focus on what matters most: recognising potential and finding the right fit.
We believe scouting is about more than appearance. It’s about recognising personality, presence and potential long before anyone else sees it.
